What “production” means for an agent

A demo that answers once is a prototype. Production is the moment a stranger depends on the answer, and someone on your team can explain what happened.

We start with the boundary: which tools the agent may call, which amounts it may move, and which questions it must hand to a person. Then we write the failures down before we write the prompt.
