Own the runtime

A model key is not an architecture. You still need a process, a database, a way to deploy, and a person who can read the logs at 2 a.m.

We prefer a container and Postgres you can point at. The bill stays legible, and the data stays where you put it.

If a vendor disappears, the system you own should still boot.
